1. 24/7 Availability: Be available around the clock to respond to requests from the Stakeholder.
2. Travel Coordination: Arrange all travel logistics, both domestic and international, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
3. Calendar Management: Manage the Stakeholder's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and personal events.

10. Companionship: Provide emotional and moral support to the Stakeholder, ensuring she feels comfortable and cared for at all times.
11. Personal Care: Attend to the Stakeholder's personal needs and well-being, including ensuring her comfort during travel and at home.
12. Dress Code and Wardrobe Management: Assist with the selection and organization of the Stakeholder's wardrobe, ensuring her attire is suitable for various occasions and events.
13. Health and Well-being: Monitor the Stakeholder's health and arrange medical appointments and wellness activities as necessary.
14. Cultural Sensitivity: Display a high level of cultural sensitivity and awareness, adapting to the Stakeholder's customs and preferences.
15. Special Projects: Undertake specific projects as assigned by the Stakeholder, which may include research, event planning, or community involvement.
16. Gatekeeper: Manage access to the Stakeholder, determining who may enter her private space or engage with her directly.
17. Entertainment and Leisure: Plan and organize entertainment and leisure activities in line with the Stakeholder's interests, such as cultural events, social gatherings, or hobbies.
18. Document Management: Maintain records, documents, and important personal information on behalf of the Stakeholder.
19. Professional Representation: Act as the representative of the Stakeholder at official and social events in her absence, displaying a high level of professionalism.
20. Language Skills: Proficiency in any specific languages preferred by the Stakeholder for effective communication.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a role closely aligned with VIP support, providing personalized assistance.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to build a strong rapport with the Stakeholder.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness, especially regarding customs and traditions.
- Profound discretion, understanding the importance of maintaining the highest level of privacy and confidentiality.

- The Personal Assistant to the Business Development shall be responsible for all the Manager’s office related issues, requirements and administration work.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing emails, correspondence and telephone calls and ensure that it is translated properly.
- Take in charge all issues related to the manager travel arrangements: air tickets and hotels booking, filling of travel forms, follow-up out of pocket expenses, transmission to the accounting department, etc.
- Ensure the organization of all administrative filling and referencing procedures.
