Position**:Female Junior Accountant**

**Role and Responsibilities**:As a Female Accountant with Restaurant Catering Experience, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing the financial aspects of our operations. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
**1. Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular financial reports to the business owner for informed decision-making.

**2. Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Collaborate with the business owner to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted figures, highlighting any discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.

**3. Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Manage accounts receivable to ensure proper invoicing, accurate recording of revenue, and timely collections.

**4. Cost Control and Analysis**:

- Track and analyze costs related to catering business operations, including food, beverages, staffing, and overhead expenses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies while maintaining high-quality service.

**5. Inventory Management**:

- Collaborate with the kitchen and catering teams to manage inventory levels, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
- Perform regular inventory reconciliations to ensure accurate accounting of supplies.

**6. Communication and Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the business owner, to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in the restaurant or catering industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
