Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Budgeting:
- Lead the annual budgeting process across all business units.

Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline (Master’s / MBA / CFA preferred).
- 5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in the hospitality, restaurant, or real estate sectors.
- Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP and BI tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Power BI) are a plus.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong business partnering mindset with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
- Preferred: Experience in hotel or restaurant operations at a managerial level.

- Work with budget holders to identify ultimate cost potential based on external benchmarks to identify Top Quartile performance per main process and formulate “gap to potential” roadmap to improve performance.
- Apply “continuous improvement” techniques (including benchmarking to identify best practices and subsequent “Gap to Potential” action planning) to support cost rightsizing and in line with finance strategy/objectives.
- Ensure effective tax management including compliance with local/international tax regulations and maintain professional relationships including auditors, local authorities, bankers, consultants and rating agencies.
- Ensure Delegation of Authority is maintained regularly and following organizational changes. Ensure correct approval of changes and ensure correct implementation in ERP system (SAP).
- Provide service to other departments/ section whenever the need arises (i.e., provide guidance in case of an incident).
- Advise & propose areas for improvement, which include digital continuous improvement through ERP, implement changes in processes/system based on changes in legal framework, develop new or enhanced procedures, processes & systems that will deliver improved effectiveness and efficiency of the department as well as the company’s overall performance.
- Ensure continuous development of talent within the Department to accommodate current and future needs, including the development of Qatari nationals.
