Other Responsibilities: -Manage administrative tasks related to personal training services, including individual reporting, accounting, and tracking of sessions. - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols (SOPs). - Support internal initiatives such as onboarding new trainers, contributing ideas, and participating in events or social media photoshoots. - Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals. - Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management. - Serve as a brand ambassador in person and online through social media.

  • Collect, monitor, and analyze member feedback to identify areas of improvement and innovation.
  • Promote fitness programs and campaigns internally to boost participation and retention.

5. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure staff compliance with safety protocols, emergency procedures, and health regulations.
  • Monitor proper use of fitness equipment and ensure preventive maintenance is reported or completed.
  • Ensure all instructors and trainers maintain current certifications and adhere to facility policies and dress code.

6. Reporting & Administration

**Role Description and Key Performance Indicators**
- General supervision of all Gym members, whilst teaching classes and conducting personal training sessions by leading/coordinating individuals or groups according to the Gym’s standards and/or specific personal training goals of individual members.

- Establishment of a good client base that contributes to the gyms revenues by selling the programs and services to existing and potential clients.
- Administration of services of the gym group exercise and Personal Training business; including individual budgeting, forecasting, reporting, accounting and tracking of services of services and sessions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performs a wide variety of fitness and activity classes/courses/clinics etc. around the specific vision and strategy of the gym.
- Plans, leads and executes exercise and activity sessions in a variety of fitness areas available in the facilities of the gym project.
- Sets up and monitors classes and personal training sessions.
- Distributes handouts and online information, if appropriate and answer questions from clients.
