As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt attention for our VIP guests from arrival through departure. Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
- Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
- Knowledge in Opera PMS is essential
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
