Ø Ushering the guest around the farm and explaining the companies plans & visions.

Ø Ensuring guests are comfortable and all their requests are heard and executed when possible.

Ø Checking in / Check out procedure’s guests for overnight stays.

Ø Using property management system for operations of the rooms.

Ø Checking all guests’ requirements before arrival and maintaining their bookings.

Ø Confirming with overnight staying guests’ activity and meal timings.

Ø Ushering the guests through the farm for their daily program.

Ø Creating guest agendas and making sure all the programs are run smoothly.

Ø Greeting guests upon arrival & providing information concerning guest stay
