We are looking for an experienced and capable engineer to lead minor civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works. The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills, practical experience in site coordination, and the ability to manage small projects efficiently.

• Conduct site visits, estimation, and budgeting of materials and work scope
• Prepare the scope of work and quotations for client approval
• Attend project meetings with clients and other stakeholders
• Prepare project documentation and technical drawings
• Coordinate site activities and provide technical guidance to supervisors and technicians
• Prepare and submit daily project updates to the Project Manager

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech / M.Tech) – Civil or Mechanical

• Familiarity with Primavera or similar project management software

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with an architectural background to oversee and manage fit-out projects in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have experience in the construction and architectural fields, with a focus on interior fit-out project management. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all project elements are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, aligning with client requirements and organizational standards.

• Lead and manage end-to-end fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to oversee design and implementation phases.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources for multiple fit-out projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, identify and resolve potential issues, and ensure quality control.
• Oversee procurement of materials and resources, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and expectations, translating these into actionable project goals.
• Implement risk management practices to mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide regular reports on project status, progress, and any changes to the management team and clients.
• Ensure that health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly followed on all sites.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Min 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in handling interior fit-out projects.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in the construction or architectural industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and CAD tools.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a new environment and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification.
• Previous experience working in the Middle East, especially in Qatar.

• Apply designs and plans to mark out the site, including residential, retail, office, or other projects, and meet deadlines.
• Work as part of the site management team, liaising with architects, supervisors, and subcontractors. Responsible for site security, health and safety, and organizing materials and workforce.
• Serve as the main technical adviser on-site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives. Resolve unexpected technical difficulties.
• Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy.
• Ensure materials used and work performed meet specifications. Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the workforce involved in the project.
• Manage daily site activities, including reporting, budgeting, invoicing, material demand, supervising labor, and monitoring subcontractors.

• 3-5 years’ experience in False Ceiling, Partition Walls, Gypsum Works.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage the site effectively.
• Proven experience in finishing high-end interior designs with attention to detail.
• Coordination skills with all stakeholders within project timelines.
• Understanding of the design process and client needs.
• Resourcefulness and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Sound judgment, proactive approach, and problem-solving skills.
• Based in Qatar with a valid driving license and relevant experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
