Job Description
Primary Purpose of the Job Facilitate the implementation of the quality improvement strategies through the ongoing review of lessons learned, industry best practices and new and emerging technologies.
Establish and maintain the documentation, processes and tools to drive Continuous Improvement throughout the organization.
Required Experience and Skills
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in developing and implementing HSEQ management and continuous improvement systems, with minimum 5 years in Oil, Gas and Petrochemical related industries, with at least 3 years in a similar responsible position.
IRCA or equivalent qualified HSEQ management system lead auditor.
Trained Quality Professional with sound knowledge of the quality tools.
Excellent communication, report writing skills and excellent verbal and writtencommand of English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven Experience in maintaining HSEQ Continuous Improvement systems,records and databases.
Educational Qualifications - BSc degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent.

The Lead Auditor is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing audits to ensure organizational compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. This role involves managing audit teams, reporting findings, and recommending corrective actions to improve operational efficiency and risk management. Responsibilities
Audit Planning & Execution: Develop and implement audit plans and schedules. Audit Planning & Execution: Identify key audit areas and allocate resources accordingly. Audit Planning & Execution: Conduct internal and external audits across departments or suppliers. Audit Planning & Execution: Ensure audits are completed within budget and timelines. Compliance & Risk Assessment: Evaluate adherence to ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485). Compliance & Risk Assessment: Assess internal controls using a risk-based approach. Compliance & Risk Assessment: Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions. Reporting & Communication: Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management. Reporting & Communication: Communicate audit objectives, scope, and results clearly. Reporting & Communication: Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards are maintained. Continuous Improvement: Monitor implementation of corrective actions. Continuous Improvement: Support process optimization and cost-saving initiatives. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing, compliance, or risk management. Professional certifications preferred: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), ISO Lead Auditor Certification (e.g., IRCA, ASQ). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to travel internationally as required. About the company
