We are seeking a Business Management Lecturer to teach on our International Year Two (IYTwo) in Business .

The NCUK IYOne in Business is equivalent to first-year undergraduate study and prepares students for progression to second-year (FHEQ Level 5) business or related programmes at NCUK partner universities. The role also includes serving as a tutor/co-tutor to a group of students and undertaking duties reasonably assigned by the Head of Academics/Principal.

Key Duties
  • Take attendance for the assigned tutor group.

Essential Requirements
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business or a closely related field, and/or relevant professional qualifications.
  • Minimum five years’ teaching or closely related experience, aligned to delivery of a Western-style syllabus using Western conventions and methodologies. Significant teaching/qualification management experience at a reputable university may also be acceptable.
  • Strong content knowledge in Business Management.
  • Excellent professional proficiency in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
  • Understanding of UK higher education and the needs of international students (essential).
  • ICT literate; strong classroom delivery, presentation methods and use of varied educational resources.
  • Ability to take on responsibilities beyond classroom teaching; strong observation skills; able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management, teamwork and communication skills; customer-service mindset within the college environment.
