**Technical Responsibilities**:

- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value
- Define impact KPIs and track against them by focusing on the end users
- Ensure that high standards of reliability, quality, usability and measurement are adhered to throughout each phase of national portal development
- Partner with the marketing, engineer and design teams to bring the national portal's vision to life with prototypes and mocks.
**Managerial Responsibilities**:
- Lead product analysts and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Act as the key authority and point of contact for project development concepts, business strategy and business models
- Ensure that various stages of product development are completed on time by leading, organizing and requesting constant updates from cross-functional teams

Job Description
Lead and manage digital projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
Attend client meetings and assist in capturing, analyzing, and validating project requirements.
Create detailed project timelines and communication charts.
Assign responsibilities and track deliverables using project management tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and external vendors.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities- You will take full ownership of one large-scale project or 3-4 medium projects concurrently, structuring the scope and managing the project plan, resources and budget.
- Actively manage client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction. You’ll lead the project team on the ground, monitoring and evaluating team performance, and actively developing team members by providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Lead and manage technology consulting engagements for financial services clients including solution design & implementation ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chief Experience Officers (CXOs) and key Technology decision-makers to deeply understand their IT transformation needs, challenges, and strategic priorities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans for financial services clients.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and drive a structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology problems, leveraging industry best practices and methodologies.
- Strive to build client capabilities through continuous, on-the-job coaching to ensure sustained impact beyond the end of the project.
- Act as a subject matter expert in your chosen service line, combining broad experience with strong problem-solving abilities to derive business insights and solid recommendations for clients.
- Strengthen the firm’s knowledge base by codifying learnings from projects, and coaching less tenured colleagues.
- Contribute to the growth of Delivery Assurance externally by preparing business proposals for potential clients; and internally by supporting organizational activities such as recruiting, performance evaluations and trainings.
- Be based in one of our Middle East offices. Our core mission is to help organizations across the private sector implement transformations and build organizational and employee capabilities.
- Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, and math or a related field, with an outstanding academic record; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
- 8+ years of private sector experience, with a clear record of achievements and proven drive for personal growth; international experience is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in technology and digital advisory and implementation, with the ability to drive one or more core technology offerings : IT transformation and modernization, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, data transformation
- Demonstrated experience in Financial Services in at least one of the following areas : banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, public finance
- Experience in transforming and implementing strategic initiatives within organizations, including experience with process re-engineering, technology adoption, and cultural change management
- Demonstrated track record in one or more of the following key service offerings : organizational development (including org. design / set up, talent management, etc.), transformational delivery (driving large transformational programs), and productivity and performance improvement
- Strong understanding of 1 or more technology concepts from core banking services, DevOps, Cloud infrastructure (Microsoft / AWS / Google platform, Kubernetes, IaaS, PaaS etc), Microservices architecture principles, Big data management (data lakehouse, data fabric, data mesh, spark, Hadoop or similar), machine learning and AI; architecture and infrastructure concepts, frameworks, and best practices
- Proven history of leading a minimum of 3-5 technology / digital / data implementation programs for clients in financial services
- Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of technology / digital transformations within financial services, enabling the creation of value-driven technology strategies
- Proven ability to define and implement digital and technology strategy that aligns with clients' strategic goals and drives digital innovation
- Ability to successfully manage complex programs or multiple projects, or medium to large department / business unity with P&L responsibility
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Arabic
