Develop logistics plans for transportation, customs, warehousing, and site delivery schedules. Coordinate shipments with marine/freight forwarders, customs agents, and suppliers. Manage customs clearance, import/export documentation, and local regulatory compliance. Track material delivery status and support procurement and construction teams to resolve delays. Monitor and audit contractors' logistics implementation plans, including unloading and transportation procedures. Optimize warehousing, inventory, storage, and site lay-down areas. Coordinate personnel logistics for staff mobilization and demobilization. Monitor logistics KPIs, control costs, and prepare periodic reports and forecasts. Ensure compliance with company safety, health, environmental, and quality standards. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering. Minimum 8 years' experience in logistics or supply chain management, including at least 4 years in oil & gas projects. Familiarity with EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and regional customs procedures in the Middle East. Knowledge of international shipping, bonded storage, and port operations.
