Your day-to-day:
- Monitor and oversee the daily operation of all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond promptly to engineering requests from guests and other departments, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues efficiently.
- Maintain records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise a team of technicians and ensure all engineering tasks are completed as per the hotel's standards.
- Assign and oversee tasks for engineering staff during the shift.
- Conduct training and provide technical support to the engineering team.
- Ensure all team members adhere to safety procedures and hotel policies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and hotel safety standards related to engineering operations.
- Maintain proper documentation of safety checks, inspections, and compliance reports.
- Respond to emergency situations such as power failures, leaks, and equipment breakdowns, ensuring guest and staff safety.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel engineering or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Experience in preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment preferred.
- Ability to lead a team and manage tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:
- Oversee and perform service, repairs, and maintenance to food services support equipment.
- Monitor all OCN staff associated with the department and if needed other departments.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**:
- Shall be able to connect and disconnect all utility lines to equipment when required and provide maintenance for the utility line connections’ accessories, attachments, and power cords to include hardwire installations.

We are looking to hire a Senior Process Engineer for an oil and gas operator in Doha, Qatar.
Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant postgraduate experience related to the Oil & Gas industry. Fluency in English is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical design and engineering services in Process Engineering for all assigned engineering projects, achieving the technical quality of work in accordance with client procedures, whilst considering quality, schedule, cost, and HSE.
- Conduct Process Engineering activities and in-house site surveys for projects, from initial concept definition phase through to engineering studies, FEED, detailed design, and commissioning.

- Review and approve method statements developed by contracted organisations for scope compliance, and liaise with contracted organisations to resolve technical issues.
- Develop, update, and monitor schedules for in-house engineering activities, contribute to external FEED/EPIC scheduling activities, and effective project delivery.
- Conduct evaluation of technical bid packages for scope compliance.
- Review and evaluate the Contract Changes/Variation to approved guidelines and practices.
- Support the development of personal technical competency and skills, and those of co-workers; participate in structured training for Associate Engineers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Chartered/Professional Engineer status or equivalent is preferable.
- 10 years of relevant postgraduate experience related to the Oil & Gas industry.

- Alert the project team of any deviation from the scope or a need for a change order
- Monitor KPI measurement results and take corrective action as necessary to improve Discipline performance, including a performance at interfaces with others
- Coordinate with other Discipline Lead Engineers and Designers to ensure timely receipt of necessary design inputs
- Review and approve requisitions, technical quotation evaluations, and queries, compiled bid tabulations and recommendations, and purchase requisitions; and coordinate with Procurement to expedite vendor documents as required
- Review comments from Customers & other agencies on documents and drawings produced by the team and resolve and give guidance on their update and incorporation
- Assist the Discipline manager in the preparation of quarterly forecasts and manpower planning
- Anticipate project engineering needs and plan accordingly
- Coordinate with vendor for discipline-managed/procured items

Overview:
We are looking to hire a Senior Process Engineer for an oil and gas operator in Doha, Qatar.
Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant postgraduate experience related to the Oil & Gas industry. Fluency in English is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical design and engineering services in Process Engineering for all assigned engineering projects, achieving the technical quality of work in accordance with client procedures, whilst considering quality, schedule, cost, and HSE.
- Conduct Process Engineering activities and in-house site surveys for projects, from initial concept definition phase through to engineering studies, FEED, detailed design, and commissioning.
- Ensure the required client technical assurance practices, engineering standards, environmental, and safety policies are incorporated and followed in work-scopes and while conducting Process Engineering activities.
- Review technical deviations and variations to approved guidelines, codes, standards, and practices.
- Support Engineering Department to review, update, and apply client standards and client's amendments to external standards.
- Plan and co-ordinate activities of a team of multidiscipline engineers for providing timely delivery of technical services to meet the project requirements.
- Co-ordinate engineering designs, develop and review multi-disciplinary work-scopes for projects and other engineering activities, ensuring the work-scope is comprehensive and clear.
- Review and approve method statements developed by contracted organisations for scope compliance, and liaise with contracted organisations to resolve technical issues.
- Develop, update, and monitor schedules for in-house engineering activities, contribute to external FEED/EPIC scheduling activities, and effective project delivery.
- Conduct evaluation of technical bid packages for scope compliance.
- Review and evaluate the Contract Changes/Variation to approved guidelines and practices.
- Support the development of personal technical competency and skills, and those of co-workers; participate in structured training for Associate Engineers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Chartered/Professional Engineer status or equivalent is preferable.
- 10 years of relevant postgraduate experience related to the Oil & Gas industry.
- Ability to identify and utilise relevant engineering standards and codes related to Process Engineering.
- Proven ability to manage time, cost, and quality in engineering projects within a multiple project environment.
- Fluency in English with good verbal and writing communication skills and proficiency for conducting presentations.
