Education & Certifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field

Demonstrated expertise in Project Controls Software , including Primavera P6 , MS Project , Power BI , and Risk Analysis tools

Advanced knowledge of Critical Path Methodology , project budgeting, forecasting, and earned value analysis

Full proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

Membership and / or certification with a recognized project management body such as PMP, PMI, or APM

Experience :

Minimum of 15 years’ experience as a Project Controls specialist, including oversight of cost, schedule, and risk on major buildings and infrastructure projects

Direct involvement in design and construction phases , managing project controls functions such as cost phasing, planning, progress monitoring, reporting, risk assessment, change management, invoice validation, and project close-out

Track record of working on healthcare infrastructure projects is a distinct advantage

Strong decision-making, planning, and problem-solving skills

Comprehensive understanding of industry and international standards, with the ability to apply them to discipline-specific project control requirements

• Experienced in managing multi-discipline teams across engineering, fabrication, and construction.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other project control tools.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications & Experience :

Education :
