• Responding to respond to client queries, being alert to both commercial concerns and technical accuracy and referring upwards if necessary

• Setting budgets and pricing, scheduling audits, selecting staff and assigning workloads and financial reporting for assigned portfolio of clients amounting and setting the audit strategy
• Ensuring completion of audits/projects within the pre-set timescales and budgets, and explaining variances from budget and collects cash on time
• Drafting final audit documents for review by director or partner

• At least 6 years in public auditing and accounting, of which at least 3 year must be post-qualifying experience, preferably with a Big 4 Audit firm;
• Extensive knowledge of best practice reporting and International Financial Reporting Standards;
• Some experience outside the normal audit field, such as agreed-upon, accounting support and other transaction support engagements
• Starting to actively develop an understanding of a range of financial and other areas (other than attestation and accounting advisory) in order to be able to assist clients on due diligence and other transaction support engagements
• Graduate degree in Accounting or related field;
• International professional qualification – CA, ACCA, ACA, CPA (is a must)
• Diploma in IFRS (is additional).

Job Description:

• The candidate shall be responsible for job work planning and manpower planning for efficient utilization, priority scheduling, inspection and supervising of maintenance and construction of civil structures, steel structures, buildings, roads, stormwater drains, building services, plumbing, water retaining structures, painting, scaffolding, carpentry, etc.
• Coordinate and handle non-routine and emergency maintenance/repair works.
• Ensure the maintenance practices followed by the personnel comply with safety and environmental standards
• Ensuring good housekeeping, maintain good safety standards in the maintenance section
• Obtaining a permit to work
• Perform as a multi-disciplinary Worksite Supervisor as per RLCs Permit to Work system and familiar with international standards for civil works and material specifications, standard drawings.

Experience required:

• Experience as Civil Supervisor / Foreman in civil maintenance of utility/infrastructure facilities related to oil & gas or petrochemical industries.

APPLICANT LOCATION: Description

• Fully responsible for a section team supervision, coordination and leadership in coordination with other sections to support, follow up, report and organize related work activities in the yard
• Supervise piping works and equipment installation activities and work towards improvement of team members and facility / tools / equipment
• Ensure strict supervision of team personnel towards maximum productivity and efficiency with safety and quality first in mind
• Follow up strictly the assignments, organize and coordinate to execute the tasks / activities as per the approved documentation (drawings, specifications and procedures)
• Prepare request of materials / services for piping fabrication and repair works. Responsible for ordering, monitoring, distributing and installation of materials
• Prepare calibration reports for piping fabrication equipment in coordination with QA / QC section
• Ensure work is executed in assigned budgeted hours, by mantaining accurate tracking of the bookings and manhours consumed by each team member
• Plan and project manpower requirement. Ensure manpower requirements are communicated to / from the Foreman and are available
• Report any deviation from schedule and inform in advance Foreman for any risks, deviations and issues expected
• Maintain quality records updated and assure job history is available for all attended job
• Prepare job completion reports and submit to Client for approval, after that send to Foreman
• Ensure each team member has all the necessary tools, equipment, specifications, drawings and procedures to properly accomplish their jobs. Monitor reworks trends and implement corrective / preventative actions
• Ensure that all works are carried out in a safe and high-quality manner and in compliance with the division’s HSSE, Quality Assurance procedures, Quality Manuals and super yachts standards for engine repairs and overhauls
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management

Education & Professional Qualification :

• High School Diploma or ITI certificate or equivalent.

Professional Experience :

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in piping fabrication and maintenance with well-known company in Marine or Oil & Gas field;
• Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role;
• Heavy industry experience;
• Shipyard experience will be preferred;
• Experience in ship operation pipeline like Sea water, fresh hot and cold water, sewage line, Ballast line, fuel line and hydraulic line;
• Experience in Yacht operation pipeline like Sea water, Chiller and a / c line.
