About the Role:The Digital Product Development Manager is a pivotal role within the Digital Product Development team at Ooredoo. This role is responsible for managing the strategic and day-to-day operations of digital platforms (web and mobile applications), overseeing a full-service digital partner team (developers, designers, QAs, etc.), and ensuring the seamless delivery and evolution of digital products. The role is also responsible to ensure operational excellence across digital platforms, manage partner SLAs, lead digital RFPs and contract negotiations, and enforce robust security and compliance standards for all digital integrations. Strong background in managing digital teams, vendors and service contracts.
Experience working in telco, fintech, e-commerce, or digital consumer platforms is a plus.

Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex contracts, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Ability to analyze financial reports, operational KPIs, and budget allocations.

Job Description
- Establishes new research protocols and procedures in the laboratory.
- Perform in vivo studies to build research strength and training program in area of metabolic diseases research and techniques.
- Independently reviews the scientific literature, organizes, analyzes, and interprets research data.
- Summarizes research findings, publishes results in research journals (Q1), and presents work at national or international meetings.
- Establish a highly collaborative research environment with multiple research centers and Colleges to enhance LARC/QU research outcomes
- Communicates effectively with members of the team.
- Supervises and trains students (i.e. summer students, graduate students) and other junior research staff members.
- Teach 1-2 graduate courses in areas of expertise and supervise graduate students.
- Provide support for committees (LARC, VPRGS, QU) and community services.
- Maintain a high degree of ethical standard and trustworthiness
- Perform other tasks as necessary. Qualifications - Ph.D. in Biology, Molecular Biology, physiology, immunology or relevant fields.

- Hand-on experience with rodent models.
