To achieve substantial financial growth of net new and existing customers by developing relationships and interest in Aramex solutions based on customer requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate and Nurture leads in co-ordination with vertical marketing and field marketing activities that will help generate targeted new revenue growth.
- Nurture leads and create opportunities within portfolio of assigned geographies through a value-based approach.

- Work closely with the solutions group to define innovative solutions that provide value to customer’s business operations.
- Collaborate with account managers to create a seamless customer experience.
- Perform all aspects of the sales process and input & update all customer information utilizing CRM.
- Network with industry peer group & other internal affiliates to roll out best proven practices, as relevant.
- Engages in research for the purpose of expanding personal and company knowledge of industry trends, best practices, marketing, and sales.
- Ability to influence all customers (both internal & external) on issues that impact the business.
- Expert in consultative selling techniques and account planning skills.
- Work with vertical marketing and Oil & Gas field marketing to develop account-based marketing activities, lead generation and lead nurturing.
**Job Requirements (Experience and education)**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or any other field
- Min. 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in the Express, Freight Industries, and to have knowledge in Logistics industry as well.
- Fluent in English. Additional language a plus.

Lead the strategic development of AMC, warranty, and paid service offerings across UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. Schedule and conduct field visits to generate service-driven sales (warranty, paid service, AMC) and convert opportunities to signed contracts. Develop pricing strategies for paid services and manage AMC renewals (initiated 3 months prior to expiration).
Operations & Profitability
Oversee AMC, warranty, and paid service operations ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies. Set department goals aligned with the annual budget; monitor performance and take corrective actions as needed. Review daily activity schedules to optimize resource utilization (technicians, parts, and travel). Coordinate with Parts for inventory and reorder levels to ensure timely part availability.
Quality, Compliance & Risk Management
Conduct monthly warranty reviews; ensure vendor compliance and address repeat claims; report root causes to management. Monitor and address manufacturer defects; keep management informed with actionable insights. Implement and maintain customer interaction guidelines; handle complaints per policy. Promote safety: enforce PPE usage, proper tools, site safety checks, and safety gear acknowledgments.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong customer relationships, aiming for high satisfaction, appreciation, and references. Conduct quarterly on-site audits for AMC customers and lead quarterly cross-department reviews. Provide technical support to close service jobs quickly and arrange site visits as needed. Develop and nurture client trust to secure long-term partnerships and referrals.
Service Excellence & Training
Ensure technicians’ preventive maintenance (PM) adherence and continuous knowledge upgrade for all laundry equipment. Organize regular training sessions to uplift service capabilities and product knowledge. Review and optimize service processes; implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
