Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the most suitable legal structures for their business in Qatar (LLC, Branch, Free Zone, etc.)
• Handle end-to-end company formation process: trade name reservation, initial approval, license application, and documentation
• Liaise with relevant government authorities (e.g. MOCI, QFC, QFZA, GTA, etc.)
• Ensure timely completion of registration, visa, and license procedures

Qualifications and Experience
