- Design, conduct or facilitate airport-wide safety promotion campaigns and safety programs which create and promote a safety culture, and positive safety attitudes and communicate safety lessons learned from incidents and accidents through the production of newsletters, brochures and other communication means for example verbally, in a classroom setting, online, outdoor safety promotion activities etc.
- Assist department with safety performance monitoring and management of change process.
- Assist in facilitating as necessary with the QCAA Aerodrome Inspectorate on matters related to aerodrome certification specifically within the Safety Assurance & Promotion domain.
- Continuously monitor safety training to identify the training needs and fill the gaps producing relevant safety training for airport employees of all levels to include but not be limited to: Airside Safety Awareness, Airport Safety Management Systems (basic and advanced), Change Management Airside Driving Training, Licensing and Certification
- Design and deliver mandatory airside driver training, retraining and qualifying tests for all airport drivers required to drive airside.

**What will I be doing?**
As a L&D Coordinator, you are responsible for identifying and providing training to internal customers to deliver an excellent staff experience. We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to be part of our Product Development & Design Division as IFE Entertainment Specialist in Doha.
As the
IFE Entertainment Specialist , you will be responsible for providing operational support in delivering in-flight entertainment content and services. You will contribute in organizing content updates, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities related to content management. You will also support in the product development of partnership activities, and ensures accurate and timely communication across stakeholders to contribute to a seamless experience aligned with Qatar Airways’ brand standards.
Some Of The Tasks Include The Following:
Support and manage end-to-end inflight content development process, including content acquisition, scheduling, metadata management, and quality assurance. Collaborate with content providers, studios, and distributors to source high-quality movies, TV shows, music, and other entertainment offerings tailored to Qatar Airways’ diverse passenger demographics. Support the identification and management of relationships with content providers, distributors, and licensing agencies to ensure consistent access to premium and high-quality entertainment. Ensure all content selection are aligned with Qatar Airways brand values, passenger demographics, and regional/cultural sensitivities. Conduct regular analysis of content performance using passenger feedback, usage data and industry trends to recommend data-driven enhancements. Assist in managing the content acquisition budget by identifying cost-effective sourcing opportunities while maintaining content quality and variety. Perform other department related duties as directed by Line Manager or Head of Department.

About you
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic professional to join the Product Development and Design.
High School, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with minimum of 5+ years of experience of entertainment, content and media integration systems. Job Description
Responsible for the introduction and updating of eLearning courseware for all fleets in line with regulatory requirements and smooth running of the LMS system. Ensuring all eLearning courseware is developed as per required departmental standards and all processes pertaining to storyboarding, development, testing, implementation, enrolments, expiries, extensions, escalations, troubleshooting and exam failures are monitored and followed.
**Key accountabilities include**:
- Ensure administration of different systems / software used within the department.
- Scope and write detailed specifications of the requirements for new and existing courseware in liaison with relevant assigned personnel
- Utilise all available tools for the development of courses and exams which includes the effective use of text, images, videos, audio and animations.
- Ensure accuracy of content is maintained while getting computer based training converted into e-learning SCORM (scalable component object reference model) & AICC (Aviation Industry Computer Based Training Committee) compliant courses using de-compilers.
- Ensure timelines agreed for development of eLearning courseware are achieved and the relevant training is implemented in the system as per department standards
- Manage the rollout of all eLearning courseware
- Monitor content and exam databases for all e-learning courseware and ensure it is refreshed and updated as per department processes.
- Regularly analysing the functionalities of eLearning System and its processes and suggesting ways of improving them whilst ensuring QR requirements are met.
- Seek feedback from Training management regarding quality and standards of eLearning delivery and resolve any issues identified through liaison with relevant stakeholders.
- Analysing the Feedback from users/trainees for further enhancement of the content of the learning material to make it more user friendly.
- Gather requirements and propose enhancements to eLearning system and processes whilst ensuring
compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with third party vendors to ensure courseware is customized to their required standards in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner.
- Organise and conduct internal training programs as and when requested by management as per established schedules
- Prepare and distribute relevant training related materials as and when required
- Effectively troubleshoot any operational issues through liaison with relevant stakeholders and suggest solutions for timely resolutions
- Scope and write detailed specifications (Storyboard) the requirements for the new and existing content in liaison with the training management.
- Ensure course content used on the LMS is in compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
- Develop individual training programmes that meet the skills gap identified through training needs assessment
- Develop and implement effective induction programmes and material in liaison with managers and colleagues
- Conduct Audit on a regular agreed basis to maintain compliance requirements for ensuring training records are comprehensive and kept up to date
- Develop, periodically review and update, SOPs to ensure continuing currency and relevance in providing guidance to management and employees.
- Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop / implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provide general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.

- Relevant College or University qualification
- Minimum of 5 years airline job-related experience
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
- Sound knowledge of flight operations training policies and procedures.
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment, strong interpersonal skills, friendly and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrate abstract reasoning and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, exposure working with large multicultural workforce.
- High level of computer literacy
