Role Overview: We are seeking a forward-thinking, technically adept AI Strategist to spearhead our AI and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) initiatives at the enterprise level. Key Responsibilities- AI & RPA Roadmap Development: Design, implement, and refine a comprehensive AI and RPA strategy aligned with company objectives, business unit needs, and evolving market trends.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders across diverse business units-including automotive, IT, energy, geo and material testing, logistics, travel, engineering, retail, and all back-office functions-to understand department-specific use cases and pain points.
- Business Use Case Identification: Work closely with department heads and process owners to identify high-impact AI and RPA opportunities that address both operational efficiency and employee productivity.
- Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of AI / ML models, RPA solutions, and data analytics platforms. Ensure all technical solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with the company's IT architecture.
- ERP Integration: Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation within ERP systems, enhancing core business processes such as HR, finance, legal, supply chain, and customer relationship management.
- Change Management: Develop strategies to facilitate digital transformation, including employee training, communication, and adoption of AI-driven solutions.
- Performance Measurement: Define KPIs and success metrics for all AI / RPA projects. Track ROI, productivity gains, and business impact, reporting progress to executive leadership.
- Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, RPA, data analytics, and Gen C technologies. Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation within teams.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners, ensuring solutions are cost-effective and future-ready.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure all AI and automation deployments comply with internal policies, industry standards, and relevant legal or ethical guidelines.

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, data analytics, robotic process automation, or related technical business application fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a strategic role, leading AI initiatives, defining AI roadmaps, and aligning AI solutions with business objectives.

- Responding to internal and external customer requests for technical issue resolution, using technical product knowledge and analytical skills while adhering to sound engineering principles, standards, practices, procedures. Escalate issues as required, acting as the liaison between field and design engineering to drive specific technical resolution and to help engineering identify, drive corrective actions.

Support a critical offshore oil & gas project focused on cybersecurity hardening of third-party control systems and full implementation of an alarm management system.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Control Systems, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Instrumentation and Control, including offshore oil & gas projects.
- Deep understanding of Honeywell DCS/ESD/FGS systems and third-party interfaces.
- Familiarity with IEC 62443, IEC 62682, EEMUA 191, Shell DEPs, and QP/ICSS cybersecurity guidelines.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and verify FEED documents; support and review detailed design development for instrumentation and control systems.
- Review specifications, loop diagrams, I/O lists, C&E matrices, and instrumentation hook-up drawings.
- Provide technical leadership for site surveys, system studies, and design finalization.
- Coordinate with OEMs for system-specific modifications, cybersecurity upgrades, and integration into Honeywell ICS.
- Review and validate OEM deliverables (System Architecture, FDS, BOMs).
- Supervise FAT, I-FAT, SAT, and commissioning for all I&C systems.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity hardening of third-party nodes.
- Oversee integration of firewalls, domain controllers, WSUS patch management, SIEM, and AV systems into the I&C ecosystem.
- Ensure alignment of alarm priorities, MADB preparation, and final reporting.
- Provide inputs for Alarm Management Philosophy and ensure effective system integration.
- Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and handover phases.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and construction teams to ensure work is completed per design and standards.
- Witness SATs and contribute to close-out documentation and as-built drawings.
Will require periodic offshore visits and site stays.
