The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth within the perfumes and cosmetics sector, focusing on both retail and corporate channels in the Qatari market. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, cultivating key client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. A strong understanding of the beauty and fragrance industry, combined with market knowledge and a proactive sales approach, is essential for success. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, hospitality, and corporate gifting segments. Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, buyers, and other key stakeholders. Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales objectives. Analyze market trends and customer preferences to recommend product positioning and promotional tactics. Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations tailored to client needs. Prepare customized proposals, pricing offers, and product portfolios aligned with brand guidelines and commercial goals. Negotiate sales terms and conditions while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio, including fragrance compositions, cosmetic formulations, and new launches. Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, retail activations, and industry networking events. Submit regular sales performance reports and market intelligence to senior leadership. Monitor the competitive landscape and provide strategic input on positioning and product opportunities. Ensure awareness of local market regulations and retail standards related to perfumes and cosmetics. Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). 4–6 years of progressive experience in sales, specifically in

perfumes, cosmetics, or the beauty industry . Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive market. Strong knowledge of product categories, fragrance trends, and consumer behavior in the Gulf region. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous. Overview of the role:
The primary focus of this role is to identify new business opportunities and expanding the sales of automobile spare parts through direct interaction with workshops, fleet operators, and retail customers.

What you will do:

• Handle complete parts sales process of Business to Business (B2B) customers from enquiry to sales order process to achieve monthly budgeted net sales
• Responsible for credit customer’s follow-up of payments as per credit terms and conditions granted to the customers
• Ensure to communicate and consume parts ordered on urgent orders as soon as parts are received
• Upsell additional products like Batteries, Accessories and other products to increase revenue
• Ensure sales orders, purchase orders, deliveries, cash/cheque collection, cash/cheque deposits are closed on time as per company standards and documents are filed for records
• Assist warehouse team with monthly perpetual inventory to maintain stock inventory with no discrepancy during annual stock report
• Expand Dealer network to increase parts sales and stay informed about competitor pricing and new product launches
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts specifications and compatibility
• Advise customers on proper parts selection based on technical information

Required Skills to be successful:

What equips you for the role:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Automotive
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within spare parts operations
• Good understanding of Qatar market
• Automotive dealership experience is preferred
