Job Purpose & Key Accountabilities:

• Provide comprehensive logistics (material) support service for various EPCIC Packages by working closely with company Warehouse, Materials & Logistics team.
• Ensure material logistics between onshore and offshore are operating with maximum reactivity to support offshore needs.
• The job holder will be responsible for conducting multiple cargo inspections at various EPC Contractor premises on a day based on the shipment plan, and for coordinating the Cargo-run/shipping schedule for three Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs) supporting different EPCIC packages.

Job Dimensions:

• The job holder will join the Major Projects Logistics team to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective logistics services for material handling onshore and offshore, adhering to company standards.
• This is an onshore Rotational Position, and the job holder will be based in CPY / CTR Warehouse, Ras Laffan with frequent visits to EPC local yards and/or Contractor logistic bases, ports, CPY Headquarters as required.

In this Warehouse Supervisor position

• Coordinate handover process for Future Well hook-up materials, MIEC capital & operational spares with CPY Warehouse and other entities.
• Coordinate functional support within MP business such as SAP, Kabal and any required business tools.
• Support and monitor issuance of material from CPY stock for CTR's contingency requirement.

Reporting & Tracking

• Material register, monitoring NCR and other QAQC documents.
