We are currently looking System Administrator for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years experience supporting Microsoft 365 especially Exchange Online and Outlook.
Strong knowledge of O365 admin center, Exchange Admin Center and PowerShell scripting.
Experience working alongside helpdesk or desktop support teams.
Familiarity with mailbox permission models and compliance standards.
Microsoft 365 Certified: Exchange Online Support Engineer Specialty / Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate.

Key Responsibilities
Outlook Support and Troubleshooting – Act as a subject matter expert for Outlook and Exchange Online. Investigate and resolve user issues related to Outlook connectivity, sync problems and login errors. Troubleshoot Outlook performance and slowness issues (e.g. OST file size, Add‑ins latency) and collaborate with Desktop Support to ensure consistent resolution of user‑reported email issues.
Mailbox Management – Support the Access Control team in daily mailbox operations (creation, permission assignment, de‑provisioning). Manage shared mailboxes, distribution lists and mailbox delegation. Perform mailbox migrations, policy changes and retention rule updates when required. Utilize PowerShell to execute mailbox‑related administrative tasks efficiently.
Technical Expertise and Documentation – Monitor O365 service health and respond proactively to incidents or degradation. Maintain and update documentation for common troubleshooting procedures. Knowledge of Exchange Online Archive, Exchange Backups, Customer Managed Keys, EntraID licensing. Provide input into automation and optimization opportunities within the mailbox and email workflow using PowerShell scripting. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend long‑term fixes or preventive actions.

Responsibilities
Microsoft server 2012R2 / 2016 / etc. management and administration.
Perform periodic patch management for all servers in the environment and provide respective reports.
On premises hypervisor management VMware technology Oracle VM.
Perform ongoing performance tuning and resource optimization as required.
Perform regular Active directory administration as well as ADFS management.
Antivirus management.
Administrate and Manage SCCM solution.
Manage Azure Cloud Managed Services O365 and Citrix DaaS including Access management conditional access Defender Endpoint management.
Administrate and maintain the backup solution and its components.
Ensure the backup retention policy matches the customer requirements.
Gather backup requirements and follow the best practices to configure and test new backups.
Troubleshoot backup job failures and propose solutions.
Work with Product support vendor for escalating the backup issues.
Create and maintain documentation for backup.
Performing test restore on quarterly basis to ensure a reliable data backup version is available to restore.
Forecast backup repository space requirements to the client for every year.
Manage licensing and assure notifying the customer early enough for renewal.
Administrate and manage the storage solution.
Create Raid Group LUNs / Volumes as per the size requirement from customer.
Create Zones between Storage array and the hosts on the SAN switches.
Map the New LUNs to the associated host / host groups.
Ensure the LUN is visible on the required Hosts.
Ensure the Multipathing is enabled on the OS end.
Troubleshoot the alerts from the Storage and other SAN components.
Coordinate with vendor and plan Storage / SAN Switches FW upgrade on regular basis.
