**Responsibilities**:
- Understand requirements for each event.
- Coordinate and manage all aspect of exhibitions and events from start to finish under Project Manager Supervision
- Manage the communication channels and provide regular update with the Sr. Account Manager / Project Manager in all the milestones
- Liase with the Event Manager and warehouse on the progress of work and event
- Plan promotion campaign if required
- Manage all event operations
- Do final checks at the day of the event to ensure everything meets standards
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
- Evaluate event’s success and submit reports
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as event coordinator (at least 2 years experience)
- Good attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office
- With Good Management skill
- Good Communication and negotiation skills
- Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
- Able to handle stress and remain calm
- Problem-solving ability
- Degree in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is preferred
Ability to Relocate:
