Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with food safety standards across food handling, storage, preparation, packaging, and transport

Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify adherence to local and international regulations (e.g., MOPH, HACCP, ISO : 8).

Identify food safety hazards and assess risks in food processing and storage areas.

Implement and monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) to prevent foodborne illnesses and take corrective actions as needed.

Provide training on sanitation, food storage, hygiene, and handling procedures to staff.

Maintain and update food safety records, including inspection reports and training documentation.

Prepare and submit reports on food safety performance to management, authorities, and clients.

Assist in implementing and improving the Food Safety Management System (FSMS), including HACCP and ISO .

Investigate and address food safety incidents or complaints and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Foster a strong food safety culture and promote awareness through training and communication.

Communicate effectively with staff, management, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in food safety, nutrition, hotel management or any related field.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a food-related industry is required, preferably with a background in food safety or quality assurance roles.
