• Conduct and support the maintenance, modification and other related works of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system, including preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance. • Review the Ducting & Instrument Diagram and Drawings (D&IDs,) loop drawings, hook-up drawings, datasheets, logic diagrams and other documents related to the HVAC systems.
• Participate in Regular Toolbox meeting with colleagues. Report all Near Misses, Incidents and Accidents per company procedure and process.

• Completion of Secondary School education followed by vocational training program (TAFE).

• 3 years' experience as a technician in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry.

• Extensive experience in the operation, maintenance and condition monitoring of HVAC equipment.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Good adaptability to multinational environment, with wide exposure to various cultures and customs.
• Computer literate with basic knowledge in MS Office software.

• To ensure efficient operation and maintenance of HVAC systems by coordinating with FM and residential and retail asset management teams, addressing service complaints, and conducting inspections across UDC assets, retail outlets, and residential properties, while upholding safety, compliance, and service quality standards.

· Good knowledge in HVAC and mechanical systems in plant rooms including but not limited to pumps and motors, plumbing systems, FCUs, VAV, VRF systems, precision AC units, AHU service and repairs.

· Experience in ducting and piping inspection, insulation and cladding repairs, various types of valves servicing and inspection including motorized valves.

· Should be able to identify faulty bearings of equipment, replaces/repairs bearings, wear kits, impellers.

· Can diagnose issues in Chilled water systems, DX units, Split AC units, do basic repair of refrigerant leaks, replace ac compressors, brazing/welding of copper piping to seal leaks, check gas levels, and re-charge.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

· ITI in HVAC field or Diploma in HVAC.
