**Responsibilities**:
The Industry Solutions Security Solution Area Specialist is responsible for:
- Discovering and qualifying new leads; driving consumption with new and existing customers. Identifying market and customer needs and collaborating with internal teams to scope solutions to meet those needs. Orchestrates ISD deals across multiple stakeholder groups including partners.
- Positioning Microsoft solutions in competitive landscape through research and collaboration; utilizing industry expertise to differentiate Microsoft solutions. Developing and managing pipeline for territory and forecasts resource needs; meeting with customers on site to deepen relationships and solution development
- Realizing Customer Vision through consultative selling, listens & consults, continuously plans to achieve customers business outcomes and uses digital channels to identify and develop new opportunities

- You will lead the Customer Experience PBS Team comprising of Planning, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Systems and Business Support sections in managing manpower and resources planning process, cabin crew and ground services accommodation, analytics, annual budget process, recruitment requirement, administrative support services such as salaries & promotions, development and implementation of operational systems/processes to support the organization and business unit’s strategy and growth.
- Provide direction for measuring, tracking and reporting of Key Performance Indicators, in order to measure operational performance and pursue improvement accordingly.
- You will also carry out periodic benchmarking of key workforce / performance metrics such as attrition percentage, distribution of block hours, percentages of leave, days off and standby levels in order to discuss overall resource needs, risks and opportunities which would be a key input to the Continuous Improvement Program.
- You will prepare the annual business plans and operating budgets, and also manage and control divisional expenditure within agreed budgets.
- This role will also be accountable for Recruitment process design and governance, continuous improvement, ensuring operational control and compliance through effective stakeholder management and accurate reporting and analytics.
Enterprise engagement
- Maintains constant interaction and appropriate communications with all user groups and executives broadly throughout the company - build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Crew Resources, Corporate Services, Human Resources, Group Procurement and IT in order to align strategic objectives and achieve continuous improvements.
- Provide expert opinion on matters relevant to planning

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 10+ years of job-related experience. MBA would be an advantage.
- Certification/training in Project Management.
- Extensive experience in the airline / aviation industry, covering business process improvements, manpower planning, project management, systems development and major Systems implementation

- Your knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, program planning, budgeting, financial analysis, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources, will be critical to the success in this role.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements of QCAA, EASA and Qatar Airways policies governing crew operations is preferred.
