Our client manufactures and distributes building materials across the Middle East region. Now in a phase of expansion, they require a dynamic, self-starting country CFO for their operations in Qatar.
The successful person will be responsible for managing all financial-related matters as part of the senior management team.
Key Responsibility Areas:- Financial accounting & Treasury/Cash Management
- Working Capital Management
- Cash flow & cost management
- Due Diligence
- Fund Raising
- Preparation of various MIS reports & submissions of the same to the management
- Supervision of the day-to-day accounts of the company

**As a **Senior Manufacturing Engineer**, you will be responsible for**:
- Manufacturing engineering tasks that do not require 4 year degree. Primarily tactical responsibilities. This does not include general administrative work.
- Responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
- Handles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
- Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit

- Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Demonstrate substantial experience (at least 8 years) in manufacturing, assembly, and testing of API 6A gate valves.
- Have 8 years of experience in manufacturing Inconel cladding and assembly & pressure testing.
- Have 8 years experience in the machining of carbon steel and inconel inlays
- Have 8 years experience with weld inlay of 625 inconel over carbon steel
- Have experience with hydrostatic and nitrogen gas test testing of valves up to 22,500 psi. use those 3 vs the API 6A valves
- Have experience implementing Lean Manufacturing
- Have good communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear, concise manner
- Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions

- Basic understanding of plant and process specifications and parameters.
- To operate and monitor rolling mills equipment, plant and processes in order to support the achievement of the production plan through the timely production of conforming finished product through optimized condition
- Operate the rolling line equipment according to work standard.
- Perform routine inspection, adjustment, and checking of equipment/production in order to ensure unplanned plant and process interruptions are minimized.
- Support other operation work groups in order to contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of the manufacturing operation.
- In case of emergency, take all necessary counter measures and contact appropriate staff as laid down in the operating procedures in order to ensure that any risk to personnel, plant or process operation is minimized.
- Maintain optimum operation condition and regularly perform housekeeping activities
- Prepare/Inspect the stands installed/standby at mill line including guides, rolls, troughs, guide plates, Mill tunnel, safety gratings, platforms, accessories and confirm that they are in optimum condition continuously during mill operation.
- Record/check Roll gaps, sample sizes, product dimensions, material tension/compression during rolling and ensure the finished products are following the QC standards/working range after communication with the pulpit operator/ shift in charge.
- Perform the roll / size / caliber changes according to the Pass Life Chart and production work order and arranging the required material within the shift keeping proper rolling line housekeeping.
