**Summary**:

- Responsible for successful planning and smooth running of the locations/projects
- Responsible for direction, coordination, implementation, and control of the projects
- Supervise the designated employees, resolve day to day issues, and ensure to complete the schedule without fail.
- Manage day to day operations on site
- Ready to relocate as per operational requirements
- Follow the scope of work, staff’s welfare and HSE policies
- Address incident and accident report/complaints/information’s immediately
- Maintain attendance sheets in site/locations, and to be submitted to Admin Assistance on every 10 days with summary of each locations
- Carry out site visits on regular basis as planned
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as per operations requirements
- Review, verify documents, and submit 31 of each month to the management
- Prepare leave plan of the staffs and coordinate with management for replacement on monthly basis
- Ensure all cleaning equipments are cleaned, dried and stored properly and should not be misused.
- Trained the employees or recommend for training prior to the deployment on site
- Ensure all the staffs including you, are wearing full uniform and daily briefing to be conducted
- Ensure all employees designed to you are present in the location or relievers are deployed on time in case of absence.
- Single point of contact for any issues or requirements pertains to the clients
- All monthly documents signed by the clients to be collected from each locations on monthly basis and to be reviewed and reported accordingly
- Ensure good relations are maintained with all members of staff all levels
- Prepare training plan in coordination with training team for each month and ensuring all the employees are attended as per plan
- Actively resolves problems, issues and concerns in timely manner
- Coordinate with the clients, Sub Contractors concerning the project activities
- Ensure staffs working in projects are getting weekly one day off
- BICSc standard cleaning to be followed
- Verify expiry dates of each materials (chemicals) in the store and ensure all items are fit to be used, if not prepare report and replace immediately

**Competencies**:

- NOC is required
- Qatar driving licence is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
