- Collect, arrange, and return passenger trolleys to designated points.
- Ensure trolleys are clean and in good working condition.
- Assist elderly and disabled passengers with trolleys if needed.
- Report any damaged or malfunctioning trolleys to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the trolley bay areas.
- Work closely with security and cleaning teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow airport safety and operational protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to work long hours standing and walking.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kg.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Friendly and respectful attitude towards passengers and team members.
