Responsibilities- Documenting and reporting observations against Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) so that preventive measures can be in place.
- Prepare reports and documentation on identified errors during shop floor audits and its rectification and provide the finding to respective departments.
- Verify production documents (i.e. Critical Control Point (CCP) documents) and confirm its accuracy to ensure real data is captured legibly and to refer in case of deviation for corrective action.
- Assist in monitoring the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practice (GHP) processes by supporting the team in shop floor inspections and audits.
- Assist in monitoring waste management and waste segregation to achieve 100% compliance with environmental standards.
- Monitor product specifications and track possible failure areas for continuous improvement.
