Responsibilities

• Proactive preventive maintenance
• Managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical equipment and other building systems,
• Supervision of the maintenance technicians.
• Researching and gathering information related to vendors, contractors, equipment, and supplies.
• Daily check on equipment and maintain par stocks and distribution and movement of inventory store materials and tools.
• Review outsourced contractors’ performances, compile monthly reports and checklists as per contract agreement.

Summary:

The Team Leader - Outlet is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service during all shifts.
