Plan and co-ordinate necessary preventive maintenance program of equipment and vehicles and up-keep of related documents in compliance with Service lines’ QA Procedure.
Prepare trouble shooting guide, plan and implement in-house training on equipment operation, maintenance and calibration etc. for the employees especially ‘Trainee Inspectors’ on a regular basis.
Perform daily maintenance of equipment prescribed in the maintenance manual and record these in the maintenance file.
