The Production Engineer provides technical and technological problem-solving abilities in production engineering processes and planning. Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities :

1. Ensure multi-skilled capabilities for all types of welding to execute work as planned.
2. Train and qualify welders through On Job Training (OJT) to maintain high standards and business continuity.
3. Manage welding equipment and consumables.
4. Distribute welding equipment for vessels or projects as per requirements.
5. Apply engineering practices to resolve management challenges related to production, optimizing effectiveness, efficiency, and cost.
6. Ensure integrity of welding and cutting activities.
7. Scale and integrate physical, human, and financial resources to meet high efficiency and continuous improvement goals; monitor daily manpower and manhour consumption, reporting discrepancies to the manager.
