6. 7. Coordinate and follow-up with government affairs section with regards to the formalities related to new joiners (i.e. business visas, work visas, medical reports / letters, Police Clearance, sponsorship transfer etc.).
8. Arrange hotel reservations, flight tickets, local transportation for new hires (overseas candidates).
9. Coordinate with IT and General Services functions in order to arrange all necessary items for new joiners such as allocate space, stationeries, IT requirements.

Our client is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer (Electrical & Instrumentation) to join its dynamic team in Ras Laffan. The role is key to ensuring the successful execution of QA/QC programs across complex brownfield and shutdown projects within live LNG operational environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport QA/QC Lead in delivering effective quality programs across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
Review scope, inspection plans, material specifications, FAT/SAT plans, and technical documentation from a QA/QC perspective.
Lead and coordinate inspection activities, site punch-list management, NCR investigations, and quality close-out processes.
Participate in factory acceptance testing (FAT), vendor inspections, pre-inspection meetings, and source inspections for E&I packages.
Validate E&I-specific technical deliverables: loop diagrams, GA drawings, cause & effect, routing layouts, SLDs, logic diagrams, etc.
Monitor contractor performance, implement QA metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to COMPANY health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
