Key Responsibilities
- Process large data from drone mapping and LiDAR scanning of assets.
- Integrate processed data from drone and LiDAR into GIS systems to support projects and operations.
- Convert Building Information Management (BIM) data into GIS format and upload into GIS database.
- Provide GIS technical support during incident management in emergencies or crises.
- Perform data mining of project dossiers, engineering drawings (CAD files), operation manuals, inspection reports, etc., to extract geographic and engineering attribute data for GIS updates.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, GIS, geomatics, geography, or related fields; postgraduate degrees in geography or GIS are highly desirable.
- At least 8 years of relevant geomatics experience, with 5 years in the oil and gas industry.
- Minimum 5 years' experience with ESRI GIS platform, including ArcGIS Pro and Portal for ArcGIS.
- At least 5 years' experience managing drone data with software such as Drone2Map, Agisoft Metashape, PiX4Dmatic, or iTwin Capture Modeller.
- Experience working with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ArcGIS GeoBIM, Trimble Connect, and Autodesk BIM 360.
- Experience in creating 3D meshes, models, orthomosaics, DSM, DEM from drone and LiDAR data.
- Experience in spatial data integration, QA/QC, and cleanup to support engineering activities.
- Proficiency with ArcGIS extensions like 3D Analyst, Image Analyst, and Network Analyst for complex analysis.
- Experience scripting with Python, Java, ArcPy, ArcGIS ModelBuilder, and ArcObjects SDK for JavaScript.
- Experience in data mining from engineering drawings and documents to extract geographic and attribute data.
- Proficient in CAD data extraction, translation, and loading into GIS without supervision.

- Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs.

- Ensure that contractors, subcontractors and Vendors have the required competent resources, implant internationally acceptable practices and deliver a product in compliance with Corporate and Project Quality requirements
- Monitor all site and fabrication yard welding activities and ensure that all welding joints were welded as per approved WPSs
- Attend all PQR's mechanical testing to ensure complete implementation of corporate standard requirements
- Witness all contactors' welders' qualification tests and evaluate their visual and NDT results
- Witness all site or fabrication yard NDT daily activities, carry out the interpretation for test results, and evaluate the findings outs
- Monitor the stage (in-process) inspection of offshore steel structure fabrications, and top-side facilities at contractor fabrication premises and verify the product conformity to the client's corporate standard, project specs, and international codes/standard
- Report daily to the QA/QC Engineer and advise him on the client's main contractor compliance with contract procedures and standards and any matters affecting quality
Requirements
- Minimum high technical school or equivalent welding/NDT certification from a recognized organization such as AWS, TWI, API, ASME, ASNT etc, TWI CSWIP 32 or AWS SCWI in welding is a must and ASNT LEVEL II in NDT
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas Downstream Industry with an international consultancy company, third-party inspection/certification Company, EPIC contractor or end user in major project implementation is essential
