You will be a practitioner on our telehealth platform 'Intellect', supporting clients' mental health and personal growth through scheduled 60-minute video sessions.

This is a freelance remote role with flexible hours. While local candidates are preferred, others are considered. This role offers a great opportunity to supplement your current job or private practice.

We are seeking Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to join our community, working collaboratively to improve mental health access and provide mental health coaching.

What You'll Do
  • Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for clients.

**What You'll Do**:

- **
Clinical Nutrition**- Provide additional, appropriate educational & teaching tools and tips to help with the individual counseling based on their dietary requirements &/or medical conditions
- Instruct both the CSR and kitchen staff on the provision of suitable meals and any necessary modifications on the menu or the preparation of the food based on the client’s likes/dislikes/allergies &/or medical conditions
- Establish solid relationships with clients to ensure a higher standard of care is always provided; in addition, welcome all comments/feedback from clients to help improve our products and services.
- Submit daily client updates to CSR department as well as Head of Nutrition Department & Chief Executive Officer.
- Work closely with clinical dietitians on patient education material & be involved in various projects at Right Bite.
- Adhere to patient-care confidentiality at all times.
- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team both at Right Bite & the center.
Community Nutrition**
- Participate in community activities such as school workshops, health & nutrition presentations for various companies, health clubs, universities, food exhibitions, etc on various dietetic topics
- Conduct lectures/seminars/workshops on nutrition and right bite, if and when needed
- **
Marketing/Social Media**:

- Participate in media exposure, as and when needed (e.g. radio/TV appearances)
- Be involved in writing various articles/editorials (as part of the Right Bite team)
- Be involved in providing content for Media & Marketing.
- **
Food Service**:

- Develop, implement and evaluate new recipes; work alongside the chefs to prepare detailed technical sheets (including ingredients, quantities, preparation methods, calories, and verifying that they are within nutrition and cost guidelines).
- Be involved in menu development and evaluation with the chef; oversee nutrition analysis of recipes and ensure recipes are within nutrition guidelines.
- Work together with the clinical dietetics team and the production team to create and implement new programs.
- Revise standardized recipes to incorporate new products or new procedures, approve substitutions in recipe ingredients, and communicate with all departments/personnel as needed.
- As needed, conduct training for staff on basic nutrition, set Standard Operating Procedures for different nutrition protocols and best practice guidelines within the foodservice department.
- Revise and update procedures and re-evaluate Nutrition guidelines on a yearly basis
- Liaise between the Clinical Dietitians and the production kitchen to ensure proper nutrition guidelines and recipes are being developed and implemented
- Conduct regular market research to introduce new products onto the menu.
- **
Business Development**
- Develop growth strategies and plans
- Manage and retain relationships with existing and new partners
