MAT Filtration Technologies was established to provide the highest possible efficiency equipment and services on water filtration technology. Specifically MAT was established in 2012 in Izmir, Turkey and was founded by fish husbandry industry experts. Our expertise in animal husbandry for over 35 years is our biggest competitive advantage. We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to work in Dubai/Um Al Quwain located of our growing company.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical Engineering)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the quality department,
- Knowledge of management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001,
- Good knowledge of problem-solving tools,
- Excellent skills in English,
- Analytical and process-oriented,
- Good knowledge of Netsis is preferred,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs.
- To control the compliance of the raw materials, materials and equipments received from the suppliers or the customers in accordance with the quality standards,
- To carry out final product tests in any supplier plants.
- To carry out raw material incoming quality control and prepare periodic reports,
- To carry out studies to improve quality and efficiency with raw material suppliers,
- To lead production process control and test management,
- To carry out final acceptance tests for final products and prepare periodic reports,
- To examine every issue that creates poor quality, to take and follow the necessary actions, to take part in cost reduction studies,
- To examine and report actual or potential nonconformities, customer complaints and to ensure that corrective/preventive actions are carried out.

**Civil Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities**:
Report the day to day operational basis to Site Quality Control Coordinators/Supervisors.
QC inspectors shall ensure the fulfilment of Project Quality Control Program requirements for specific areas of responsibility and monitor the quality of WORKS performed.
**Other functions are**:
- Control that SUBCONTRACTOR Quality team performs/issue the quality requirements for the specific activities.
- Monitoring of adequate implementation and performance of Inspection and Tests Plans (ITP) by SUBCONTRACTOR Maintain the record of inspections performed and ensure a properly storage and properly filing associated documentation produced.
- Carry out periodic inspections ("surveillance") in the areas where Construction works are being carried out to detect possible deviations and establish the appropriate actions for its resolution.
- Monitor the development and progress of the Subcontractor's quality activities
- Verify that the measuring equipment used are tested/calibrated as applicable and that they have the relevant evidences
- Ensure that SUBCONTRACTOR QC Inspectors are issuing RFl as per approved ITP.
- Coordinate the development of inspections with COMPANY and third party when applicable
- Maintain up-to-date status on tests and inspections performed.
- Issue Non-Conformities Reports (NCR)
- Monitoring and verification of Corrective Actions applied (CA). Obtain from SUBCONTRACTORS all the certificates and inspection record files required. Verify the documents for completeness and initiate corrective actions if required.
- Prepare/Review the documentation required for approval and qualification of special processes (where applicable).
- Supervise the staff qualification in special processes. Maintain up-to-date inspection record files. Verify the documents for completeness and initiate corrective actions if required through the field supervisor. Monitor the preparation and traceability of Final Quality Dossier Inspect materials and equipment when the Warehouse manager detects that there are damages, both at the reception and during their stay in the warehouse, preparing the relevant inspection report and issuing the non-conformity (if applicable).
- Verify that materials meet the necessary quality criteria and maintain the required traceability.
- Inspect incoming materials and equipment during the reception stage against the purchase order documents, drawings and project standards to give conformity
