**Primary purpose of job**
Develops and implements appropriate inspection philosophy, techniques and inspection programs to ensure the

mechanical integrity of all fixes equipment in the assigned areas.

Responsible to Manage asset integrity using conventional and advanced inspection techniques, to eliminate the potential of

significant damage and extreme loss of end-user production.

**Experience & Skills**
Strong working knowledge with 10-12 years varied plant inspection, maintenance, corrosion, prevention, and control

experience (preferably with the oil and gas industry or major utilities) including at least 5 years supervisory experience.
- API/ASNT/PCN/CSWIP certification or equivalent on the following fields.

a. NDT inspector

b. Welding inspector

c. Coating inspector and/or Cathodic Protection inspector

d. Plant inspector (Piping/Storage tank/Pressure Vessel)
- Familiar with APMS Meridian system.
- Good knowledge in international codes and standards related to in service inspection and repair works.
- Good knowledge in welding techniques, QA/QC procedures, NDT techniques and specialized NDT inspection like

risk-based inspection, EM test etc.
- Working knowledge of SAP and computer literate in appropriate software.
- Excellent oral and written English, communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of Arabic will be advantage.
- Analytical skills

**Education**:

- B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Chemical/ Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent (preferably with master’s degree) from

Participate in technical reviews regarding Maintainability & Inspectability of installations during pre-feed, feed, and detailed engineering.
- Throughout the project, ensure Inspection and Integrity Engineering activities are performed in line with Maintenance & Inspection Engineering contract (MIEC).

**About this role**
- HSEQ responsibilities:

- MIEC Technical Responsibilities:

- Ensure the mass loading of PM data into the CMIMS.
- Review and validate the Inspection dossiers prepared by MIEC.

- Participation to FATs and design reviews as required.
- Drive the implementation of digitalized solutions for baseline enactment.

Munitions Inspection Element Supervisor

position is for an individual who is identified as a highly experienced Supervisor responsible for the effective management of the assigned Element in accordance with established safety, technical, operational accountability standards and PWS contractual requirements. This position is the technical expert and advisor for the USAF Munitions Surveillance Program (MSP). Operates Theater Integrated Combat Munitions System (TICMS). Also performs surveillance inspections of munitions to determine and identify serviceability, potential hazards and possible deterioration. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS). Principal Accountabilities Manages and is responsible for all assigned personnel and equipment in the Element, ensuring maximum utilization and conservation of resources. Manages the Element according to the applicable sections of AFMAN 21-200, DAFMAN 21-201and Munitions SOP. In the event of an emergency, takes necessary control and timely response actions. Enforces strict adherence of all applicable directives; i.e, technical, safety, security, quality. Implements timely corrective actions of all discrepancies identified during internal/external audits. Develops and manages production efforts, goals and levels according to contractual requirements. Monitors the skills, proficiency of assigned personnel as it impacts production efforts. Conducts sample surveillance audits of different processes in the Element. Interfaces and coordinates with the deployed Munitions Flight management as needed. Tracks training requirements and ensures personnel receive necessary training. Ensures personnel properly utilize CTKS, special tools needs, bench stock requirements, MMHE and support equipment commensurate with production efforts. Ensures that personnel accurately calculate and observe the net explosives limits of all storage and operating locations commensurate with production actions. Verifies that visual inspections on lightning protection and static ground systems are performed and documented in accordance with applicable governing publications. Ensures Munitions Control is informed of fire symbol, hazard marker, Risk Category or classified munitions changes that effect munitions storage and maintenance facilities. May be appointed as the Senior Munitions Inspector during the incumbent's absence. Works necessary hours, to include stand-by duties, to support mission requirements during peacetime and combat contingencies. Performs other duties as assigned. We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy, Qatar for a :

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead and execute asset integrity assessments and life extension studies for Structural elements.
• Ensure compliance with NOC and international standards (IEC, IEEE, API, ISO 55000).
• Define and implement proactive/reactive maintenance strategies.
• Support the development of integrity management systems and digital databases.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Provide technical input to key stakeholders
• Act as Technical Authority / Technical Administrator (TADM) on behalf of M&I ensuring that all Structural studies and projects are carried out in accordance with NOC requirements
• Ensure NOC rules, specifications and procedures are followed, maintaining closed communication with all relevant departments

ACTIVITIES

• Contributing and assist the team lead to develop and maintain an incident free environment through maintaining a strong safety culture.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE (occupational) legislation, Company standards and procedures for continuous process, operational Safety & Plant Integrity.
• Conduct and define the most effective asset selection and strategy
• Identify critical structural assets for assessment
• Define maintenance strategies (proactive/reactive), Conduct RBI, FFS, and structural assessments.
• Define inspection scopes and review NDT results.
• Gather design, operational, and maintenance data
• Determine Designed End of Service Life (DEOSL) and verify actual End of Service Life (VEOSL)
• Perform the Asset Integrity Assessment
• Conduct data gap analysis and integrity risk reviews
• Set up integrity databases and digital dashboards
• Define execution timelines and contracting strategies
• Coordinate with 3rd-party engineering firms for detailed studies
• Execute and report on the Asset Integrity Assessment as well as the Life Extension studies
• Perform condition assessments, failure mode analysis, and life prediction modeling
• Review and validate 3rd-party reports and recommendations
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior management
• Support CAPEX/OPEX planning based on findings
• Visit offshore sites on task or project basis to enhance collaboration and supervision to sites to ensure successful delivery of job scopes
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as directed by line manager

Profile

• Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience working in an oil & gas operator, with at least 5 years in asset integrity or reliability engineering
• Skilled and experienced in working in a multi-cultural and highly technical specialized environment
• API 510/570/653, NACE, ASNT Level II/III.
• Experience with CMMS (SAP PM), PowerBI dashboards, and integrity management tools.

You will have a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in industry electrical software and systems and advance skills in Microsoft Office. You will need excellent communication and presentation skills in English both written and verbal in English.
