Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Technician located in Doha, Qatar. Laboratory Analyzer/Instrument Maintenance Technician

Minimum Qualifications: Proficiency in English Language (speak, read and write).

Able to wrile and express professionally.

Bachelor of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or Diploma holder (3 years afterthe high school) in E & L. B.Sc./B.E. is preferred.

Minimum Work Experience:

5 years of experience in Instrumentation maintenance especially in Lab Instruments used in Petrochemical Industries.

Job Requirement (but not limited to).

Understand and follow plant safety standards and procedures.

Familiar with typical petrochemical plant safety hazards Follow standard maintenance procedures.

Follow manufacturer's troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.

Use and care for test and calibration equipment. Implement good housekeeping practices.

Troubleshoot and repair analyzer sampling systems. Well familiar with Lab PM (Preventive Maintenance)jobs.

About the role:

In this role you will be responsible for performing all preparatory works to assist in carrying out Micro sampling activity of Food, water, Ice and Equipment samples

Key accountabilities:

• To follow up the process of proper Lab analysis, and will be required to perform all preliminary tasks which will facilitate the Coordinator in his work, including:

• Clean/prepare/ sterilize all equipment and prepare media equipment for lab analysis.
