Sales Executive – Hotel
This position is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling the hotel's packages, events, and group bookings to individuals, schools, corporates, and travel agents. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from booking to visit.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and approach potential clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Handle inquiries, provide quotes, and ensure follow-ups to close deals effectively.
Act as a point of contact for client concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and digital content that supports sales objectives.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, community events, and industry networking opportunities.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, detailing progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or entertainment industries.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to speak Russian / Arabic language is an added advantage.
Knowledge of local market trends and client behavior is a plus.
