**Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Must thoroughly know accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. Include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling AP, AR and GL.
- Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status.
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
- Manage accounting assistants and Accountant assistants.
- Confirmation letters to banks, Debtors & Creditors
- Preparation of Salary, Leave Salary, and End of Service Benefits of staff.
- Participate in financial standards setting and, in the forecast, process
- Prepare financial statements and produce a budget according to the schedule.
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
