Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Initiate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
Coordination & Support
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Tenders, Technical, Procurement) to ensure seamless delivery of proposals and solutions.
  • Provide client feedback and market insights to the tendering and proposal teams to enhance bid quality.
  • Support in pre-qualification efforts and assist in gathering documentation for tenders and RFQs.
Sales Performance & Reporting
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track performance against targets.
  • Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities and market developments.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales in facility management
  • Proven track record in developing new business and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of government and private tendering processes .
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and market research platforms.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
