About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Lead Electrical Engineer - Reliability to join a leading petrochemical operation. Key Responsibilities
Reliability Engineering
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive reliability management system for electrical assets
- Monitor asset performance and manage programs to improve uptime, availability, and lifecycle performance
- Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and performance reviews to address recurring issues
- Evaluate new technologies, assess obsolescence risks, and recommend upgrades
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to track performance and highlight "bad actors"
- Analyse human and system factors affecting reliability and implement preventive actions
Support to Operations & Maintenance
- Provide hands-on support for complex maintenance issues and repetitive problems

Data-Driven Improvement

Key Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in reliability or electrical engineering roles

- Experience in petrochemical, oil & gas, or large industrial plant settings preferred
Technical Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of reliability tools and techniques (RCFA, FMEA, statistical analysis)
