In a context of growing activity in Qatar, we are looking for a Beauty Advisor based in Doha to promote our products in Pharmacies. The beauty advisor will be the ambassador for pharmacies and external informative/promotional platforms, providing skin diagnosis and educating customers on our skin care and sun care product range.


The role requires the ability to communicate with customers in a helpful manner, to understand the specificities of the demand in order to provide an individualized advice, to explain the product features and to convey the brand philosophy in the perspective to grow the business and product loyalty.


The successful candidate will be called to lead product demonstrations (facial treatment, cabin session) and animate trade promotions. Overview of the role:

The Beauty Advisor is primarily responsible for selling products through courteous, friendly, caring, efficient service, and accurate, on-time execution of merchandise display and promotion. They should exhibit full product knowledge to engage and satisfy customers, impacting sales and driving business growth.


What you will do: Profit Financial
  • Recommend appropriate products and highlight Features, Advantages, and Benefits to customers.
  • Assist in locating, selecting, and purchasing desired products based on preferred brand, variant, and color.
  • Utilize selling techniques such as suggestive selling, upselling, and cross-selling to increase ATV (Average Transaction Value).
  • Monitor availability of GOBE products.
  • Ensure proper safekeeping of all store merchandise to prevent shoplifting, damages, and pilferages.
  • Monitor and update reports on product shelf life.
Commercial
  • Replenish products on display as needed, ensuring complete shelf tags and price tags.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned area.
  • Comply with all customer service standards (e.g., Smile and Greet, Offers Basket).
  • Attend to customer queries and needs.
  • Resolve customer complaints within scope of control, guided by customer service standards.
  • Prepare and set up store promotions using marketing collaterals to communicate store offers effectively.
Process
  • Monitor weekly price changes and update shelf/price tags accordingly.
  • Display all products timely, following set planograms and guidelines for specified durations.
People
  • Complete MFP and PDP on time.
  • Participate in and implement agreed EES action plans.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of retail experience, focusing on the beauty or fashion sector.
  • Good knowledge of the fashion/beauty industry and current trends.
  • Retail operational skills (stock management, visual merchandising, systems, cash handling).
  • Computer literacy.
  • Customer service-oriented and results-driven.
  • Proactive with good team spirit and initiative-taking abilities.
