We are currently seeking Graduate Engineers, reporting directly to Discipline Manager to join our team based in Doha, Qatar.
As a Graduate Telecom Engineer , you will engage in a structured two years training program designed to enhance your professional skills and knowledge. The selected candidate will be assigned to a specific discipline based on their career aspirations, where they will participate in hands-on projects and receive mentorship from experienced professionals.
About You
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent.
- Recent graduation or upcoming graduation within the past two years(2024 or 2025).
- Strong academic record and demonstrated achievement in coursework and extracurricular activities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a growth mindset.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in diverse environments and roles.
