Overview of the role

The Air-Conditioning Installation Engineer will be responsible for managing and executing the installation of various air-conditioning systems including Window, Split, Ducted, and VRF units. • To ensure efficient operation and maintenance of HVAC systems by coordinating with FM and residential and retail asset management teams, addressing service complaints, and conducting inspections across UDC assets, retail outlets, and residential properties, while upholding safety, compliance, and service quality standards.
• Carry out daily inspection and walkthrough of UDC assets and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with Helpdesk and the asset property coordinator and handle sensitive issues, escalated complaints, etc.
• Lead the FM service provider team in resolving sensitive complaints and issues, particularly cooling-related issues.
• Supervise subcontractors appointed by the asset management team for any project or major works.
• Initiate solutions for issues related to finding work.
