- Review, draft, and negotiate various types of agreements including commercial contracts, MOUs, NDAs, CSAs, leases, licensing agreements, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure that all contracts are legally sound, aligned with the company’s business objectives, and compliant with relevant laws and internal frameworks.
- Draft, update, and maintain internal legal templates for use with internal and external stakeholders.
