Corporate Legal Support
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts across all four business clusters

Real Estate & Asset Management Legal Services
- Prepare and review real estate transaction documents including sale, lease, and management agreements

- Handle legal matters for asset management services provided to family members and close friends
- Ensure compliance with Qatar's real estate laws
Regulatory Compliance
- Monitor regulatory and legal changes across all business sectors and ensure compliance by all group companies
- Prepare legal opinions and memoranda on various regulatory and legal matters insofar as the affect group companies and their businesses
- Support licensing and IP applications and regulatory filings for new business ventures
- Maintain corporate records and legal documentation for all group entities
Contract Management & Risk Mitigation
- Review and advise on vendor agreements, service contracts, and partnership arrangements
- Identify legal risks in business transactions and recommend mitigation strategies
- Manage contract databases and ensure proper documentation management
Disputes & Litigation
- provide legal assistance and strategic input in relation to the management of all legal disputes the group faces
- manage the handling of such legal disputes, including court filings and court deadlines, and where applicable coordinating efforts with external counsel
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- 4+ years of legal experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, or business legal support
- Experience with multi-entity corporate structures and complex shareholding arrangements
- Background in real estate law, joint ventures, or asset management (preferred)
- Experience working in Qatar or GCC
Language Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (speaking, reading, writing) - This is mandatory
- Ability to draft legal documents and communicate effectively in both languages
- Understanding of Arabic legal terminology and Qatar's legal system
Legal Expertise
- Corporate law including company formation, governance, and compliance
- Commercial contracts including negotiation, drafting, and risk assessment

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advising the organisation on all legal matters that may arise in its operations.
- drafting and vetting of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, and negotiating for terms of contracts.
- Following up on cases filed against the organisation and preparation of legal reports and opinions.
- Liaising with external lawyers on all cases filed against the organisation to ensure best legal solutions on time.
- Reviewing legal policies and procedures to ensure that they are in accord with the existing legislation.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Masters in law (LLM) Grade (Excellent/ Good) preferable
- Bachelor of Law, B.Sc. (4 years) Grade (Excellent / Good).
