The Pest Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing pest control operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, supervisory skills, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to supervise and lead a team of pest control technicians, providing guidance, training to new staff, and support.
Conduct inspections to identify pest infestations, evaluate the extent of the problem, and recommend appropriate treatment measures.
Maintain accurate records of pest control activities, including treatment plans, product usage, and service reports.
Collaborate with clients to explain treatment plans, address concerns, and provide recommendations for preventing future infestations.
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations, and implement safe work practices.
Monitor inventory of pest control products and equipment, and place orders as necessary.
Drive to customer locations for inspections, treatments, and follow-up services, therefore a valid Qatari driving license is required.
Utilize basic computer skills to generate reports, maintain records, and communicate with the team and clients.
Knowledge of housekeeping practices is advantageous, as it allows for a more comprehensive pest control approach.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a pest control technician or similar role.
A valid Qatari driving license.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of housekeeping practices (advantageous)
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
