To function as the logistics Coordinator for Calo, to oversee and facilitate the food delivery operations of our company. You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of prepared meals.
**Main Responsibilities**
- To Maintain the day-to-day operations of the delivery team and delivery vans.
- Monitor tracking progress and set up a formal line of communication with the management.
- Make hiring recommendations and provide ongoing training for drivers.
- Conduct inspection of all loading docks to ensure the dispatch and loading areas are clean and organized.
- Route daily deliveries to guarantee the driver reached all destinations at the scheduled time
- Record daily work assignments and maintain daily attendance files for all drivers and helpers.
- Function at the point of contact between the Customer experience team and the delivery drivers.
**Qualifications**
- Must have had a minimum of 1 year of previous proven experience as a logistics coordinator or similar position
- Must have fleet management experience and is able to manage many vehicles
- Familiar with optimizing driver's routes using technology
- Must have logistics experience in Qatar
- Must be currently present in Qatar or willing to relocate to Qatar
- Must be a proficient communicator in English
- Must be proficient with Microsoft office tools
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a major plus
- Experience with large well-known or international companies is a major advantage

- Issue Non-Conformity reports or review Contractor Non-Conformance reports and validate dispositions.
- Coordinate the offshore material returns / surplus materials with Backload team for the dispatch.
- Carry out any other duty that may be assigned from time to time by his line management.
- Provide detailed KPI for DBN PWM material control and follow up.
- Comment and review the procedures related to logistic.

- Qualification: Experience in similar position (years): mini 10 years.
